"It's Selfie Time" focuses on self-development and unlocking the inner self, encouraging participants to embrace their unique qualities with confidence and self-love. Through reflective exercises and empowering discussions, teens are guided to cultivate self-awareness, foster inner strength, and celebrate their individuality, laying the foundation for personal growth and authentic self-expression.

In our Conflict Resolution and Respect workshop, teens learn to navigate challenges with empathy and effective communication. 

Responsibility and Decision-Making builds self-reliance by guiding teens through the process of making informed choices about their future. 

Our Informed Choices for Life session provides comprehensive Teen Pregnancy and Sex Education, equipping participants with the knowledge to make safe and responsible decisions while promoting overall wellness and well-being. Through open discussions and practical tools, we empower teens to make informed choices that support healthy relationships and a positive approach to their future.

We conclude with a Self-Love Celebration Day, where participants reflect on their growth and embrace their authentic selves with pride. This holistic program nurtures confidence, resilience, and a positive outlook, preparing teens for life's challenges with clarity and purpose.
