Crystal Waters Morton is a Joyiologist and the dr iving force behind The Marry B4U Carry Club, a Chicago-based youth empowerment club dedicated to empowering teens to belong deeply to themselves and make responsible choices. 

As the Founder and Executive Director of MB4UCC, Crystal has over 25 years of experience working with underserved youth and is an internationally award-winning speaker and professional voice-over artist. With a Master of Arts in Human Communication and Training, Crystal is passionate about creating a safe, supportive and peaceful space for young people to express themselves and develop the skills and tools they need to thrive. Through her leadership and vision, Crystal has built a community that is committed to creating a world where individuals can live their best lives and build a better future for themselves and their communities.

As a Joyiologist, Crystal h elps individuals identify and cultivate personal sources of joy, even in the most challenging times. She is dedicated to fostering a sense of community and shared happiness, as well as teaching people how to incorporate joy into their daily lives.
